God, fuck this. I do IT at a law firm and we are collaborating with another firm on this case and they use this discovery tool called Xera, which instead of a standalone application is 'browser based' and has all these animations, like you are flipping through a book.
Also, you have to use their weird query terms/format and it doesn't accept regex or SQL.
