You did buy Intel's CPU for your latest build, yes? You are going to buy Intel's GPU once they hit the market, right?

I bought a ryzen, and I will not buy anything intel related.
take that !

Of course. What else am I supposed to get? AMD?

Nope. haven't owned Intel since my 8mhz IBM AT. AMD simply provides more value per dollar in the CPU arena. I'm GPU agnostic, but my last GPU purchase was a Radeon 290X, and to this day has been a phenomenal GPU, albeit a space heater.

>You did buy Intel's CPU for your latest build, yes?
No. I bought two quad core POWER9 CPUs for my Talos II. What do think I am, some sort of retarded nigger that would use x86 trash when I can emulate it?
>You are going to buy Intel's GPU once they hit the market, right?
No. I pre-ordered two of the 22-core POWER9 chips because I'm not some poorfag gaymur.

Suck my fucking dick and cry, Intel and AMD corelets.

>You did buy Intel's CPU for your latest build, yes?
Certainly not.
>You are going to buy Intel's GPU once they hit the market
Well I was considering a Xeon Phi

VIA

She looks nice. Like somebody I could cuddle with. :3

Yes, we should all purchase a chinese ripoff.

UwU
OwO

>ripoff
How so?

>You did buy Intel's CPU for your latest build, yes?
I did. That was four years ago and I wouldn't do it today.

I did buy intel for my last build, but my last build was a 2600k on z68.

A better question is would I buy intel today and I honestly wouldn't, I'd buy the 1700 Rzyen if I was building a new system today.

>What else am I supposed to get?
A lobotomy.

no

Get this off of my screen.

I've bought Intel for the last several. I also have an i5 3570, X3450, and i5 750 not listed.

Anyone who bought Kaby Lake after Ryzen was released is braindead.

Intel is making a dGPU? Since when?

If intel beats nvidia then yes

ryzen and vega is just rebranded buldozer and fiji

I bought the 3770K and 5820K. The last one was a nice CPU for its time. 350 € for 6 cores in 2015...

Now I'm switching to Ryzen. My i7 OCd bad and I'll get rid of the old platform because its also buggy ass fuck. Ryzen runs smoother, no BSODs, no NVMe problems, my RAM just works. X99 still had this 3 years after launch.

I doubt that the 2700X will be a bad deal, two cores more, and if I get it on 4.1-4.2 GHz it will outperform my old processor by any means.

Thank God I chose Intel.

I didn't assembled a PC for 10 or so years. So fuck you

Assemble some grammar.

My Intel CPU path went like this
4790K (first pc) - 6700K (got for free from work) - 7700K (cheap from ebay) - 8700K (Broke reps balls and got eit cheap)
I've been satisfied with them and never had any issues. Delidded my 8700K and it runs great.

Yes, i'm using an intel chip.
And as soon you release one that is actually 10 times faster per die than my CPU i will upgrade.

Can you do this on this century?

Attached: welcome to 2009.jpg (674x532, 74K)

I am still on a Third Gen i5...odds are I won't be upgrading anytime soon.

How povo are you

i ended up with a Haswell because i couldn't wait for Zen.

and now that component prices are through the roof, i spend more time writing essays than playing vidya, and am in debt, it looks like i'm gonna stick with it for quite some time.

Terribly povo, but machine still does work fine.
Other than running directX11 games of course.

why exactly do you want a CPU 10 times faster than your current one if you're seemingly okay with what you've got?

I'm currently on an i3 3217U because this is a laptop and if I could get rid of this piece of shit, I would.

My desktop will have a low end Ryzen, that thing looks really damn good for the price, some people are 720p gaming on the iGPU which is insane.

Because it will be so crushingly better,i will want to play with the new thing.

Yea the quad core APU they put out is nice. Although if you have the budget, stretch for the 4c/8t model. It's $169 vs $100, but you get 3 more Vega CU's. better graphics capability and more threads.

This is assuming of course you're too broke to get a dedicated GPU (I understand, prices are still retarded) or you just play casual games anyway. My buddy has the R5-2400G (the 4c/8t model) and he gets 90% of the games he plays on 1080p no problem if you're willing to turn down the AA/shadows. Stuff like Overwatch, CS:GO, and other light MOBA like games run 60FPS easy. You'll only get more performance if you OC.

so, in other words, autism?

A nigger jew! HOLLY SHIT!

Enjoy your housefire

Exactly.

>shaniqua_goldstein.jpg

Newfag here
Whats wrong with intel

>DDR2
>Gigabyte DS3L
>9800
>Samsung HDD
>TSSTcorp

You have my 2008 pc give it back nigger

I owned(and still own) a Llano APU, which is surprisingly good for a 2011 chip. Sure, it doesn't run AAA titles, but anything casual it handles with no real problems.

youtu.be/osSMJRyxG0k

Ryzen is an entirely newer design by Jim Keller you fucking mongoloid. Jow Forums used to know this stuff.

I decided to go Ryzen and I'll probably go Ryzen 2 once that drops. Honestly bery happy with it coming from a 3570k it makes VMs much easier with 4x the threads. GPU wise Ive been ATI for a while, got an RX480 that was supposed to last me a year to hold me off for a better upgrade then bitxoin hit now im hoping i can snatch an 1180ti before miners, although Rx480 surprisingly still holds up fine, I just want to upgrade from 1080p sometime

>34min
Uhhhhh
Can i get the cliffnotes

>Larrabee 2.0
No, thanks

Intel breaks their contracts with AMD; Intel is slimy with their bogus litigations; Intel bribes OEMs and retailers so they don't buy from the competition, gets called out by the FTC in Japan, Korea, the EU and America; Intel deceives manufacturers into thinking their hardware performs better by making their compiler optimize for Intel CPUs but not the competition; Intel gives out their Atom CPUs for free so AMD can't enter the mobile market (that didn't work out well for Intel).

Nice bait

Ok
I dont care about their business practices tho i just care about the product

You're a cunt

fine for gaymers and a ripoff for everyone else

You should care if you want better and cheaper technology. A monopoly hurts innovation, and Intel works hard at fucking the competition so they keep their monopoly.

I love my 8400

Adoredtv produces amd propoganda and is a paid shill

This. Blessed Intel® Corporation dindu nuffin this video is all lies

Attached: 1499960238314.jpg (960x878, 125K)

If the monopoly has the best product im gonna go with the monopoly
Buying alternative products simply for the sake of disrupting a monopoly will never destroy the monopoly. If you want to destroy a monopoly we need a system where we can defer to regulations

>Buying alternative products simply for the sake of disrupting a monopoly will never destroy the monopoly
People who think like you are the only reason for that. Vote with your wallet, dumbass.

You are fucking retarded . If nobody buys intel starting from today , how the hell you think they can hold the monopoly ? Protip they can t . That is why i m buying AMd on principles. Intel is a scummy corporation , they fucked AMD and by doing so they fucked customers

>Meltdown
Nope.

yes i will buy an overheating overpriced piece of shit with old architecture that changes socket every half of they ear so i have to buy expensive mobo each time i wanna fiddle with my system
intel shills need to be banned
