Does the burndown chart take into account non working days? Can you set a max amount of stories in a state (ex: 3 in review max, 6 max in testing)? If it cheaper than JIRA and doesn't crash daily it's gold.

JIRA crashes almost daily. Happens with Atlassian hosting and also with custom hosting on Amazon. The JIRA server sucks.
