Anyone know what AliExpress gives new accounts on their 1-monthaversary to Silver level? I'm hoping for at least a $5 off 25 coupon.

>TS100 review by e-celeb I fell for the shilling and if you do little to no soldering, it's probably not worth the money. The tips are also a bit pricey, so if you have a habit of destroying them, also probably not for you It is pretty comfortable though and the firmware flashing can be a fun autismo project, but at the end of the day it's a 50 usd soldering iron. If you do soldering every fucking day or don't care about your money, you won't get chinked, it's a quality product,. Most likely, however, you don't need an iron that expensive when pretty much anything else over 10 dollars will do the same job, they're just not as compact.

the other day i was asking about good routers, and i think someone recommended one of the xaomis on gearbest. an user mentioned something about messing with the firmware, but i forgot what he said. can anybody point me in the right direction? also, would a xaomi be the right option for the most stable connection? my wifi has been dropping a lot lately.
Bentley Hall
>my wifi has been dropping a lot lately that can be a client issue, some wifi nics overheat like crazy. have you checked it on another router/wifi-connection?
i dont have any other router, but i have had this d-link one for maybe 7 years. router is wired to my xbox, and i lose wifi on all three including my laptop and my desktop. heat does seem to be an issue sometimes. if a new router doesnt fix it, ill check into other avenues
Well, at least Louis is an e-celeb who doesn't really want to be one.
I bought my basic soldering station years ago for maybe about 50 eurobux, and if I was starting again now I'd probably get that banggood one. Looks quite decent and has a nice tip selection, not to mention digital temperature display. And the possibility to run it off a car battery, or pretty much any decent power source.
My Pro's Kit has been fine for me, but nicer tech is always nicer tech
So I'm trying to find a drone with these attributes... >>Under $600 k 60hz+ >>Doesn't connect to the internet at least by default. >>has dedicated controller with a specific frequency like 315MHz or 433MHz (Just not 2.4GHz). >>Has some kind of stabilization >>Goes about 20 mph +

I want to build a home security system.
Can anyone recommend any CCTV style cameras?
Is it worthwhile to buy panels full of IR LEDs to shine into my garden, or should I buy the IR LEDs themselves and put them into panels...
Angel Lee
>i lose wifi on all yeah, its the router then. try putting a couple of small feet bellow it (i used to use 4 rubber erasers as feet on an old switch) to help improve the airflow in the case (also blow the dust in it) till you get a new one
Carson Fisher
>should I buy the IR LEDs themselves and put them into panels are you able to make/buy a constant current power source for the led configuration you want?
Camden Moore
Think you're going to have to build one because the commercial stuff all works on 2.4kMHz.
Cooper Garcia
The Ugee tablet works fine by default with SAI, the issue was with the Huion tablet
Well, is there one that's at least dedicated so that I can modify it and change its frequency?

>manufacturing superpower >owns half of US debt >British Columbia province in Canada is essential a Chinese satellite state and will grow to influence elections in favor of Chinese interests >Canada in its entirety will become a Chinese proxy as a result >Massive real estate and infrastructure investments in Australia will lead it to become an economic powerhouse paying right into China's pocket >Colonization and questionable trade agreements in Africa will secure China immense mineral wealth >when the rest of the developed world is running low on rare earth elements China will have a rich supply
The entire western world is fucked, dude. America is failing. Britain is gone. France, Germany, they're all rotting corpses. The rest of the EU combined isn't even half of a real super power. Even places like Sweden are committing cultural and social suicide. The damage being done now will literally never be repaired. Meanwhile China has an unquestionable government, a 90% Han demographic majority that will never be threatened, no religious group will ever gain real traction and disrupt social order. China owns the future. I unironically recommend you start learning Chinese.

Kingdian or Kingspec ssds? Are any of them sata3?

I got one for Xmas, and I love it. Sure it's expensive compared to the cheapest you can find, but it's not too much more than cheap irons that have an actual thermocouple. 50 vs 17 isn't huge.

Got my chink modal boxer briefs yesterday. As comfy as my MeUndies memes.

My edifier W830BT arrived today.
As usual with smart chink products, they seduce you a very nice product case. Spotless. This is also the first chink device that I bought with 100% correct English all throughout. But then we get to the product.
The "R" in the Edifier logo on the left cup is "missing", that is: its grossly bent out of shape and has fallen out. Since its a thick sticker bent out of shape secured with a very weak glue, I did not manage to get it still in place. I suppose this is the final destiny of all the letters of the logo as well. To fall. Made me chuckle, considering that they put a "QC Pass" right in front of the case for you to see.
The physical cable is VERY short and VERY thin. Useless. Literally a 1 meter long piece of shit in cable form. I give it 3 months of use before failure. Very low quality and fragile.
The headset is very comfortable and heavy. Grip is good. Clamp force is good. But the cups show lines of plastic soldering (the infamous ridges) all around the device. All buttons feel clicky and shitty. Very fragile.
It's defects could be forgiven, if the sound...
THE FUCKING SOUND
The sound is biased on the 250hz range. I CANNOT overstate this. It overpowers everyone else. It muffles all other bands. The honest listening experience I have is that the song is playing on a external device and i'm listening with a plastic bucket laid over my head, and with someone hitting said bucket to the beat of the music.
Reinforcing the above issue, the "bass" (read: annoying as fuck bucket thump) muffles everyone else, but I can kill it in eq. However the mids are a lost cause. I tried boosting them, they won't come out. I tried attenuating all the bass range. They wont come out. I tried attenuating EVERYONE but the mids, they won't fucking come out.I suppose the diaphragm is just not capable of outputting them. All you get are mid-bassy low-mids, and all true mids 404 the fuck out, jumping straight to the highs, which are also:
Nolan Cox
Not really, i'd say pretty similar to to the type of fabric in meundies or mypackage brand stuff, since idk what modal actually is supposed to be.
Daniel Watson
Truly sickening
Hunter Wood
Shitty as fuck, compact, overtly bright and harsh. If you want to understand how they sound, get a very cheap $5 piezo twitter and crank it high over your ear. Very screechy, but they take second place over bucket thump in the annoyance scale.
Seriously what the fuck. This is the worst headphone I've ever had. These are so bad that I'm not even going to to try the wireless capabilities they have. These unironically make the SHP2000 Philips I have ($20) sound like a HD600.
The cups are very small, way bellow average for a 40 mm drive headphone, perhaps the shit sound might be because they have no volume to develop the acoustics properly, even more so considering the amount of space they have to share with the electronics for the wireless bt capabilities, in an already cramped space. But I admit I'm not a specialist in the area I'm this is pure speculation on my part.
Regardless of the reason, they sound BAD. Can recommend these even to a enemy. I Cal only shiver thinking about the 800bt model, which is supposedly inferior. Don't fucking buy any of them.
Also, looking back on it, these are my last closed headphones, I never had a closed headphone that sounded excellent. They all seem to come short of their open counterparts, all other things equal.
But back on the headphone. This has been it for me. I'm tired of being chinked and I'm tired of being a fucking cuckhold for tiny chink dick. I'm done trying to support small chinese brands and then they all turn out to be shit, despite the care for reviews and recommendations. I've taken in the ass with oukitel, ugreen, orico and many others. No more. I've paid 100 dollars for a piece of shit that would be overpriced at $20. This is my last foray into chinkshit. Fuck them. Fuck the chinese sincerely. From now on I'll raise the money to get the shit I want from minimally reputable brands or not get anything at all.
This shall be my last post on this general. A man's ought to uncuck himself. Good bye.

anyone knows where to buy wholesale SSDs for cheap?
>an user mentioned something about messing with the firmware, but i forgot what he said. can anybody point me in the right direction? heh, that was me, I think. I don't have the router yet. from what I read in this thread: forum.lede-project.org/t/xiaomi-wifi-router-3g/5377 the firmware is still being developed, but some people has got the thing running stable and mostly OK with some dev releases, though lots of people had many problems... so you'd have to find which versions are good, and try installing those.
>d-link can you change its firmware? is it supported by openwrt/LEDE?
Aaron Wright
*cannot recommend *can only shiver Errors in 5th line. FUCK. Fuck me I'm mad. I've spent a third of my country's monthly minimum wage on this. And waited 3 months. Into craigslist you go. Fucking piece of shit,.

any advice for buying chink guitar pedals?
Chase Lee
got pic related in the mail for 16 bucks, fuck paying 50 and up for some proprietary systems with retarded whetstones.
Mine came fine, but I doubt chinks can keep up quality, so you probably need a few 5 dollar tweaks, like a washer on the Y axis protractor thingie, and a stopper on the end of the rod with a spring so you do not over extend your length. I sharpened a chisel since it should been easy, but this thing was made for knives, so the handle of the chisel bumped with the stupid butterfly nuts, and another you need a nut at the bottom of the base rod, and maybe thread lock so it does not come off.
the question now is should I spend 20 bucks on 7 diamond whetstones for this thing? seems like a lot for some tiny as whetstone that are an inch wide.
Can't imagine those stones would last for long, they're meant to ablate and leave a new cutting surface underneath. Though if you get some actual diamond ones there wouldn't be any need for them to ablate.
You could always try some fine sandpaper wrapped around one of the stones, which should substitute well if you've fixed it properly.

GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER NICEHCK STORE
I did a big order on the anniversary sale and and everything i didnt need has shipped and everything i really really need has not shipped yet. Particularly the TIN Audio T2 and spare foam buds. What the fuck. Its been a week. And i am moving house in a month. FUCK
Anyone else been chinked by this store or had problems sourcing the TIN T2 ? Even contacted the seller and no reply.
Do the chinks sell paints i can use for warhammer figures?

This is why I only buy cheap chinkshit.

My KZ Ate's sound pretty good for 5 dollar earbuds. Still disappointing I lost my ZS5 v1, but the Ate is good.
Why not go to a hobby shop or a figurine/game/comic shop and see what they recommend instead of just waiting to see if your package of dried paint ever comes? It seems too much hassle and waiting for just some paint.
Just bought some. Gonna leave a review, I have a bunch of MeUndies for comparison

With current ram prices 5775c really interests me to get from Ali. It's on par with 7700k in games atm. There are 2 sellers availaible and I am kinda afraid to get it. It's ES sample. Anyone got any experience with buying ES CPUs from Aliexpress?
I am a novice I don't know shit all I know is chinks will chink me on grits, and chinks will not give me flat stone either, the question is can I trust a chink seller's diamond shit?

Just cancel the orders
Jonathan Miller
emma-chan is sweet talking me and asked me to close the open the dispute that i made after 37 days of waiting. she said since its a small packet (ink re-fills) it would take 70 to 90 days. problem is i don't see the option to cancel the dispute. what gives? also what do you guys think. is emma-chan trying to chink me?

So I tried flashing the agptek a02 firmware on my ruizu x02 again for shits and giggles since I got a new one and flashing it wouldn't work. This time it did, but the weirdest thing is that the album arts now all have bluish tints on them, it is really perplexing. This pic doesn't do it justice, but it turned the persona 5 ost art from red to blue, it isn't unusable, just different.
user, I told you Fasttech takes awhile. But good authentic (at least what I got) stuff. Photos of shipment. Spoke good English when I needed to cancel an order. Obviously out of that item right now. Hopefully they get it in soon and don't pull some "Dear friend please extend time" or just straight up say they no longer carry it.
Also my ENLIGHTEN (LEGO) Hitler just shipped and an entirely different store shipped my German WW2 troops LEGO knockoff mini-fig set within seconds of each other. I had to double check that it wasn't the same store, but they were different.
Connor Carter
Definitely not

Anyone in the US ever have customs confiscate a package?
Jace Martinez
not an option if that happens i will fucking bomb them. i got the Tin T2 on the anniversary sale for $43 and now its $67 !!!!
Brandon Gutierrez
Got that one too, I'll definitely have to find a base for it and maybe attach magnets to hold a knife instead of the retarded default system. It's a stretch to call it usable the way it comes, thankfully there are bunch of youtube vids of mods.
Shit, I bought T2 from them too, they "shipped" it suspiciously fast, like in few hours during the big sale but tracking only shows that it's waiting for a pickup since 31st... Then again, my meme usb drive I bought at the same time only started moving yesterday so it's early to tell.
Very Chinky. Obviously I'm stereotyping and people in West can be shady as fuck too, but I think thats a decent example of East vs West. They will lie and claim stock to get more sales and then give you the run around. Whereas I feel like people would be fine with (small) delays provided there was honest communication.
I wonder, what's a cheap and good chinese soldering station that ALSO has cheap and good tips? I'm looking for a good balance between good enough soldering station and cheap tips
nice, but, are they good? I've read some terrible reviews of chinese tips... also, Louis himself says the hakko tips are too long compared to the TS100 tips :/
Noah Baker
they're just trying to manipulate you. it might not even be a she. don't back down from a dispute.
Alexander Rogers
I bought the xaomeme 3g router in the 11.11 sale. Apart from flashing the router I have not had to reboot it WiFi connection has been solid on 2.4g and 5g
The flashing is a bit more involved than some routers, but once you have openwrt installed it's a good bit of kit.
>complain on /csg/ > get instant reply from seller
IS THIS THE POWER OF /csg/ ?
I ordered really early on in the sale and yep they arent even close to being in stock.[pic related]I JUST KNEW IT. Fucking hell i should of gone wooeasy REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Given that tons of companies pay people to crawl social media, the type of people they hire are social media addicts to begin with, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of Chinese stores browsed this thread. I wouldn't even be surprised if it was originally started by some Chink online store. Jow Forums isn't exactly a secret, everyone knows about this place.
Jose Evans
Not taking Chink's side but why 37 days and not full 60? Ive never disputed before. Won't Ali tell you to wait for at least the 60 Day buyer protection?
Also >just ordered 4x Stainless Steel Dry Herb Pods for my vape, not from China but locally >Pay same amount in shipping as the actual item. FML. The vape is good though. The pod is small and a chronic like me needs about 2 pods a session. So i want multiple pods for easy pre-packing and swapping out while on the go. Just forgoing the pod is overall better but takes longer to pack/clean after.
Fuck non-free shipping. But I checked everywhere and couldnt find a chink source
Eli Reed
I'd say it is usable. I got clamps so it works fine, except the arm needs greasy, and over extends.

i fucked up bad, ordered my first few chink items a few months ago from ali, every thing comes except for my tritium key-chain (25 usd). Its been sitting in my country for like a month (50 days since purchase) so i ask the shop where it is and when ill receive it. tells me it will come very soon i promise. go on holiday for a few weeks, still haven't received it. Look into opening a dispute can only do it within 15 days on confirmation, ofc its already timed out cause im fucking autistic and using a chink shopping site for the first time. Ring up Aus post they say they cant find it and to talk to the seller or china mail. Chink seller not replying. Do i accept my fuck ups like the retard i am or can it be saved.
and I just found a video of the T12 working at 12V, 19V and 24V. seems compared to the TS100, but I'm not sure: youtube.com/watch?v=jahPj6UjgkI from the reviews: >nice product, with one remark: the ground connection is not connected, and thus floating. This can result in damage when using this iron when soldering. My advise is to connect the ground to the negative pin of the power, which is normally also connected to ground in the power supply.
I'm about to buy it, I have very minimal knowledge of electronics. can anyone tell me if I should finally pull the trigger or not? it's on sale right now, and the sales ends in half an hour :/
Angel Gonzalez
If your item hasn't arrived within the specified time ALWAYS open a dispute, the site will side with you, anything outside that timeframe is too late.
Tritium vials might be import restricted and were held by your countries import/customs office. Usually if they stop delivery of something they destroy it without notice. In real life this means a customs official stole what you ordered. You can contact the seller and tell them you didn't ever receive the item. They'll likely send you another. The Chinese are desperate penny pinchers, but they're also desperate to keep you as a customer, so if something goes wrong they'll try to rectify it so you keep buying from them.
William Richardson
Wtf, you've got some bad luck. What happened in your first attempt?
Julian Barnes
What are some good quality chink watches? I just want some cheap but somewhat acceptable quality watches. Quartz is fine.
yes am retar Yeah thanks dude, i just did it and the lovely lady Samantha said i can get my money back in 5 days Yeah i looked into if they were imported restricted and they don't seem to be

I remember another user had the same situation: warosu.org/g/thread/S63482122#p63484468 >I updated the firmware to the latest A02 firmware as soon as I got it, which makes the menus much easier to navigate. (The very latest UI ""update"" is some hack job which applies a filter over everything (including album art), so use the one before that which is functionally identical)
