A small, energy-efficient network segment built into the corner of my bedroom hosting a variety of services that I use remotely and locally. One of which is an opensim region in grid-mode hosted on my X201 running debian testing, and client software running on a 6-year old windows 7 microatx build fit to run some some stuff in vr just barely. Got a poweredge running xen in there too for mostly just data backup and recovery. The R400 is my first laptop, just used to run tails or kali most of the time.

Gotta say it does in the legs. Need to shift around a bit or get up and move around, but when I was sitting off the ground at a desk I tended to get a sore back instead, and I would rather have sore legs than a sore back.

Fellow coffee table desk user here. I don't get any aches unless its in my knees if I sit like 12 hours or something insane like that. I also sleep on the ground so that helps me to be able to not notice how hard the floor is. You really just have to train yourself to be use to hard surfaces.

This place needs some serious cable management, I couldn't sleep seeing that due my OCD. Also nice oculus rift, I love my CV1 too. I wouldn't just leave it in the open though when not using, cause if you got bad luck the sun could somehow manage to burn through your lenses even when it's not pointed towards a window.
