AB has the most lenient system among all the private trackers. Just seed the fucking torrents. You get yen for every item, even if your upload is shit.
Have you tried multithreading downloads from it? Over http/s most likely.

I don't have it anymore because It gave me TBs of buffer on all of my trackers and I have a cockbox for my meme shit. Yeah, I tried multi-threading downloads and every other thing everyone suggests. Nothing worked. I even tried making it a torrent and downloading it that way. It was some weird limitation of that connection, I could wget files from http with full speed from other servers.

Another crazy idea could be to run it through cloudflare, but yeah if you don't have it anymore it doesn't matter.
I used that technique to stream live untouched 1080i satellite streams from asia and europe in the US with no buffering. It's probably against their TOS but who the fuck cares when you're just using a replaceable freenom domain anyway.
