Honest question, have you ever had any stalled problems?
I really wanted to use qBittorrent as my main driver, but I had stalled problems with 50GB+ torrents with not a lot of seeds. And no, before you tell me that it was seeds shortage, when I tried other clients, including Transmission, the torrents were properly downloaded.
qBittorrent is the default client for the distro I am using right now, so I will try it again.

The only problems I've had were resolving private trackers in earlier versions, but it works flawlessly now.

I use a buner laptop loaded with a VM to download torrents with a VPN registered with a burner email account and the VPN is paid for with a gift card. Then, I go to Starbucks and download torrents because the SB's I have access to around here have legit bandwidth/throughput. I STILL use Windows. :)

Well, at the time I tried that, and it didn't work. Whenever I restarted the client, it would go on to download for some seconds, then back to stalled again.
When I tried on other clients everything was perfect, from start to finish. Although the torrents didn't have a lot of seeds, they were from private trackers, so the few ones were pretty good.

haven't had any stalls. I've been using qBitTorrent for a year now. If you have issues then just switch to another open source client. Afaik most of them are based on the same engine and just use different tools, gui and gui toolkits so I don't know why qBitTorrent has/had the stalled issue.

Well, I don't know either, but I had the problems exclusively with qBittorrent. I am downloading a ~4gb and everything is ok for now, don't know if the stalled problem is related to bigger torrents.
Also, it was the first time I opened qBittorrent on this PC, it was the default config (text+icons). Better now?
