Brave

I'm a Vivaldi boi.

Firefox renders best
Edge more secure, but lacks some js fn

I think it's mainly personal preference, though avoid IE/Edge at all costs. I'd suggest Firefox.

If you want some good info. try this site out: privacytools.io/

It comes with some comprehensive instructions to tighten up Firefox also, real nice.

Good luck in your quest for the perfect browser user-kun x

ungoogled chromium

Edge is a good modern browser for day to day use.
>smooth af
>compatible with most extensions
>much cleaner interface
>faster than chrome/Firefox
>use less resources and battery
It really shines on touch screens

If you’re doing something that requires more privacy, Firefox is the way to go. I just use FF for that one session but use Edge 90% of the time.

Protip: add the Ublock extension to block ads, scripts and other tracking cookies for a cleaner experience.

Brave

5 months from now when Brave transitions to full Chromium front end with Chrome extension support, Brave will be king of the browsers.

Safari with 1Blocker

I almost love Vivaldi, but I can't use it because I can't figure out how to make the zoom behavior the same as in Chrome or Firefox. I like Jow Forums at 130% all the time, Youtube at 110% all the time and everything else at 100%, but I can't get my Jow Forums or youtube settings to persist all the time without the zoom applying to every single page. Maybe I'm just retarded, idk.

Firefox Nightly. Chromium is also good. The rest are shit.

Too bad Brave is a botnet.

Cent

It's slow though, two years edge user

How is brave botnet? It’s all open source with anonymized everything, no?

I'm using iridium browser but now I'm resigned to suck chrome's dick.

Why? At least use Chromium.

What makes a good browser?

Can you spell out the advantages of using Vivaldi over Opera? I'm an opera guy but I'm considering swappin over

Why is CTRL + F so shit in Firefox?

In the past, I would have answered:
"Chrome is best browser"

But now that Firefox Quantum is out, I answer:
"Firefox is best browser"

Reason?
Chrome is slow as shit on my PC.
Firefox Quantum is snappy.
And we're just not talking about extensions/plug ins.
We're talking javascript execution speed, and what webpage doesn't have javascript on it.

Disclaimer:
I only ever use 5-10 tabs at a time. If you use LOTS of tabs simultaneously, then I would still recommend Chrome over FF.

For me, it's Opera

Waterfox or Brave.

So, Palemoon or Basilisk? Is the latter just the former brought up to 56?

Waterfox is compromised.

Brave + Firefox + Chromium

>>Of course, if you'd like the Crème de la Crème of privacy focused browser, as the expense of an unusable web, I'd suggest the Tor Browser. I heard it's rather good
>;)

I can't really take this person as being serious.

I was (usually) fine with Firefox up to today, now suddenly it's locking up every time ublock activates, I had to disable it just to type this. I don't know what happened, but I'm moving to Chrome if it doesn't clear up soon.

>moving to Chrome
at least move to chromium or something
