An assurance that none of their traffic is in the clear with HTTPS Everywhere, a localized alternative to some CDNs with Decentraleyes, and fine-grained autistic control over their web traffic with NoScript or uMatrix.
Until Fallon supports such things, I’ll stick with GNU Icecat or Waterfox.

Router ad blocking is extremely limited and redundant - ublock supersedes it entirely and has way more control over content.

It used to be called Qupzilla, and was someone’s github project. It was a solid enough browser, so it got picked up by the KDE project and renamed to Falkon, and here we are now.
