those gpus, along with many old novidia gpus on the "main" support channel have been getting support just for the win10 compatibility.
In fact, last year many novidia GPU that don't have DC5.0 lost performance when novidia moved barelyworks libraries from dx11 to dx12.
in fact, AMD has win10 support for every card since the HD 2000 series

The role of CPUs/GPUs in machine learning, parallel programming, graphics programming, etc. is interesting and worth discussion. Constant shitposting about "AMD is for fags" is not.

I used to own a 560ti and after a year or so the card never showed up anymore in changelogs for newer games etc. They drop that shit pretty much 6 months after release apart from serious bugs, no optimisations.

ReactOS has no problems with majority of modern cards. Compatibility is already at least Win 7 x64 bit-tier, even though OS itself is pretty much XP SP3/x64 bit SP2 equivalent sheer features-wise.

And for a small comparison, my oldest AMD/ATi card, the Rage 128, is from late 90s, has 100% support from the OSS driver which was completely rewritten in 2010.
I've been on the bad side of the non-supported h/w on Linux with several ATi HD 4000 series cards and it lasted 1 year... because in 2013 AMD released a shitload of documentation for various cards and their first mainline driver commit was over 90k LOC.
