Most phones sold in north america don't support most lte frequencies, so it should be fine if they support the important ones, no?
And verizon/sprint are cdma, but att, and tmobile are gsm, and gsm phones sell pretty well in the US without being cdma compatible.

Exynos 9810 in the S9 is bretty slow.
Anandtech did a very throughout in depth review and even showed how easily it would be to make it more performant.
Sadly Samsung did not answer and there is no remedy in sight.
If you dont want a last-year-performance phone for a current-year-price stay far away from samsung Galaxy s9!

Not quite, there is a random test where the Exynos smokes the Snapdragon, but no one knows why.

No one knows why the Exynos is performing so bad in application tests. The possibility is there that Samsung needs to implement some driver fixes.
