It's probably just best to use something like uMatrix and set it to default-deny. I think you can achieve that with uBlock Origin (medium mode or something) so it blocks third-party scripts by default? It's quite trivial and cheap to just register a new domain like hsdfdgggsjjdgdgssdg.com all the time to circumvent rule-based filtering.
