NetBeans or intellij. I still prefer NetBeans though.
None, Java is shit.
But if you have to... Probably anything but Eclipse, I've used it for 2-3 years and it's still annoying as shit.
everytime i see of intellij all i can think of is bluej
Holy shit, I remember my data structures class told everyone to use this. Meanwhile was in back using NetBeans at the time....
Eclipse is for retards like yourseld
netbeans
>Java is shit
also the highest paying language
>implying anything other than netbeans
M-x java-mode
>ArrayList persons
If it wasn't for the auto-save nonsense I'd consider using IntelliJ, but yeah, anything else is just absolute shit.
Sorry, my fingers don't bend there.
>pretending you're not poor

The docs literally says you can't disable auto-save
>wanting to disable auto save
literally why?
netbeans
>not just using javac from the terminal
it's like your professor isn't a 70 year old fart that hates java more than you ever will
1. Intellij -best. used in many companies. heavy and slow on weak machines. Cant use on low rez monitors (that laptop 1366x7??) As modals get cut off. Expensive.
2. Eclipse. Good free. Used in many places. Many things are eclipse plugins (ibm rational rose as example)
3. Netbeans. Ugly but somehow functional. I would say its better than eclipse in responsivenes (and less problems with plugins for other languages)
intellij >>>>>>> netbeans > eclipse
> Pajeet: Kind sirs, what is devil-up-ment of program to interface?
I don't necessarily want it to save the half done class I have opened up that i know won't compile.
