Yup. Good. This is how we create a nice society

Its also email and Office365 Documents.
Fuck MS, lol

Make the internet television.

>Its also email and Office365 Documents.
>Fuck MS, lol
They have the right to do so. You have the right to refuse their service

>Microsoft insisted it won't actively police its services and randomly delve into your stuff – but, beware: it will investigate complaints from people offended by what you do on Redmond's platforms in public.l
If this is true, then this means precious little, for now...

It almost is already.

>You have the right to refuse their service
Yep, and I do. Thanks for pointing that out though

It means selective enforcement.

Yes.

>companies force agendas
who would have though

So, any messenger that's as simple to use? Has anyone tried Raketu?

Does anyone here use Jitsi?

People still use Skype?

So? What's the point of your thread? Delet

>implying me or my wife would ever take naked pictures (why people do this?) and even worse post then on the internet
>implying I play online games and even worse on an Xbox
>implying I even use Skype.

Who the fuck retard uses skype?

>mfw libreoffice could end up beating out microshit office and googledocs purely because it doesn't snoop through all your shit

feelsgoodman

not happening, friend. MS is just concerned about shit that gets stored on their cloud which they are legally responsible for and Office has an autosave feature that throws shit on OneDrive

What does LibreOffice have, a UI from '97 and...?

google docs snoops through your shit tho also nothing can kill excel

What can i use in alternative to skype?

>making excuses for invasions of privacy

>not realizing that MS is pushing office to a fully online model, like the google office app suite

absolutely trash.

is skype still a thing? i haven't used it in years

it's not an invasion of privacy, just don't store it on the cloud genius

People still use 3310

>office 365
>just don't store it on the cloud

>office (that will be fully browser based within 5 years anyway)
>automatically pushes to one-drive
>closed source telemetry
"just don't store it on the cloud genius"

they're not going to make Office require an always online connection and do you know how much money MS makes off of Office from Enterprise? Deep mining like that would bring lawsuits up the wazoo, MS just has a legal obligation to make sure nothing on their servers is breaking the law or that they are not breaking the law by harboring it.

>needing to use the latest greatest version of a software suite that was perfected in the late 90s

Why would anyone still be using Skype in 2018 anyway?

Exactly this

The last version of MS Office I used was 2000, and nowadays I haven't bothered with that either because Ninite installs libreoffice so easily

yeah man. just close your eyes when hamid saws your head off with a knife right!?

Infidel problems.

That's bullshit and you know it. The censorship and crackdowns on speech by Microsoft, Google, Facebook and a lot of other companies has nothing to do with the laws. Vague terms of service being selectively enforced is not due to legal concerns. This should be specially obvious when it comes to Skype. People have been using telephones more than a century. No telephone company has ever been fined because someone said or did something naughty. It's not like AT&T's responsible if someone does a drug deal over the telephone. Microsoft/Skype has no business monitoring people's conversations, the same applies to Facebook.

The obvious solution is to not use any products from these companies.

It would be the case if office 2003 wasn't miles better than any version of libreoffice

Just use Pornhub lmao
