Caesar Ciphers are easy to crack, the fact that it's basically a wall of 0s and 1s on paper is the problem. I will attempt to crack it in a few hours.

I'm too lazy to put this in a file... but I would try to find the most common byte then find the difference between that bytes value and the space character. I would then use that difference and apply it to every character to see if it makes any sense.
