Computer Programs

What are some of the computer programs you install that would be considered quality of life programs? I'm talking about something like f.lux or rainmeter.

Speccy. Without it you can't participate in 45% of all threads on this board.

Not for everyone but greenshot is the fucking life saver I didn't know I needed.

If you take lots of screenshots for work, look at it.

Can't you just wipe your computer with your terminal?

yeah i use this quite a bit at work and it's incredible how much it improves efficiency

WinDirStat is good for seeing what's taking up a lot of space on your drives.

I use shareX. What would you pick between the two?

Is it any better than Lightshot?

Why not just print scrn?

sublime text...

not really for coding but to keep multiple text files open for random shit. also like it because it has a dark ui theme and because it saves and restores session on starting incase you shutdown your pc without saving something.
>dream journal
>random ideas
>shopping lists
>todo lists
>taking notes at school

better then f.lux:

sudo apt-get install redshift

Greenshoot has nice and easy tools that you can use fast. Really improve comfort of the work in servicedesk etc.

Get sharex

Supermemo, it's basically an extremely autistic version of Anki made by this polish guy. He clearly made it for himself and then happens to sell it.

Also emacs and lightbulb.
