It was also impossible for me to talk to girls until my last year in high school. Still don't have a gf, but I managed to get rid of my anxiety around girls. Just force yourself into more conversations with girls and you'll get used to it.

I would say just focus on looking good and having confident body language and then more girls will look at you and you'll gain a positive self-image which won't be punctured by random moments of autism. That means you dont have as much to lose from taking risks and talking to people.
