Drink water. Large amounts of vitamin c and citric acid when you want to come down. Gum so you don't fuck up your teeth. Don't talk to anyone because you'll make a fool of yourself, especially women. Adderall isn't a medicine magically targeted for people with ADHD. It has the same effect on people with ADHD as everyone else. The difference is that society views people with ADHD as disadvantaged, so they're allowed to use it to even the playing field. Restricting it from people with typical attention spans is a moral judgment and not evidence that it's harmful.
