I just had firefox using 6gb of ram with hardly anything loaded up.
Not even a year ago I could have 10x the load and only be using the same amount of ram I am now.
fuck I restarted firefox, have fuckall besides Jow Forums loaded up, and the piece of shit is already up to 2.3GB of ram used.

I have 6gb total RAM and I have dozens of tabs open on my Debian Linux without problem. Perhaps your problem is with Windows?

The problem lies in the pajeet code that is modern firefox. The error being present on only windows is just a fluke. You should expect errors on linux as well when dealing with mozilla.
I use linux on most devices, so please spare me the linux shilling.

Problem is you're using Windows. Chrome is the botnet browser and thus it integrates better with your botnet OS. Firefox doesn't integrate so well with botnets, so it requires more resources to run on your botnet. Botnet botnet botnet. Install gentoo
