Let's be real, more than 100/100mbit is pretty much totally pointless for most use-cases. Sure, I can use local university mirrors to sync my distro and get full speed and there are some rare well-seeded torrents that will my connection. Most of the time it's pretty limited what you can get in terms of bandwidth. I'm in Europe, your situation may differ. On ADSL I'd usually fill my 2/24mbit all the time, on my 100/100mbit fiber it's rare that I actually get 100mbit - unless I connect to something fast in this or neighbouring countries.

Be honest: What exactly - outside of those speed tests - wills your pipe? As I said, I rarely fill mine. Even large services like YouTube cap around 40mbit. I do have the option of upgrading from 100/100 at $40/month to 1gbit/1gbit for $90 but I just don't see the point since there's no use for it beyond speed-tests like your screenshot.
