Are these the GOAT headphones?

Are these the GOAT headphones?

I mean probably if you can get the goat to sit still long enough. But from an engineering standpoint, I think most headphones/ear buds are designed with a human operator in mind.

3.5/5

I used to own these.

1) your hair will catch on the ribbon.
2) the quality is shit compared to over-ear headphones
3) they only last a year or two max.

they're not an investment. invest at least in a logitech g430 or something for home use. for on the road, get earbuds.

They're good if bass is your thing. I have it and got nothing to complain about desu.

owned two, both wiring at the jack came loose. Still waiting to be solder after 5 years on

Go back to plebbit

Maybe for a basedboy like you

They're my favourite gaming headphones

they're comfy enough for long periods and are surprisingly good for catching footsteps and shit

Mine is 3 years just fine. Better than any other over ear at the price point.

>basedboy
Thanks for the compliment :^)

I had them, they're good until the fucking hinges break 6 months in.

This. Still going strong after 3 years, although I did have to replace the earpads

baby's first headphones

Funny, mine are still in great shape after ~7 years.

0/10

No. Not even close. 2/10 for making me respond. I think my DT990s are the best I've ever had. I also liked my Philips Fidelo X1s.

Step aside basedlads

Mine are about 2 years old by now and seem to be alright. You sure nothing went wrong with them?

I'm thinking in getting them, how's the sound compared to sennheisers/atmemes50?

Also v6 or 7506?

nah

These are, everything else is a meme

Attached: sennheiser-hd-25-1-ii.jpg (980x1200, 105K)

It probably doesn't get any better for the price. If you're not an absolute moron and also cough up a few bucks for some earpads they're pretty damn comfortable and the sound is fairly flat so you can easily EQ to your taste without issue.

>your hair will catch on the ribbon.
this. these fuckers gave me two bald spots.

>logitech g430
i hope you're meming

no thats the estrogen in the foods you're eating

step aside fags

They are v6
But I was shit posting to see if anyone jumped at my throat. I'm not sure how well I can compare them because I haven't owned many headphones. I can say I'm at least as satisfied with them relatively speaking as a klipsch promedia 2.1 I have

7506 is less bassy. They're pretty good, I like them a lot more than my Sennheisers. Definitely better than ATX M50's..

RIP mine
Lasted 5 years until the left driver died.

>Better than any other over ear at the price point.
>$39.70
A challenger appears

You are like baby. Watch this.

Nice pair but not $40.

ksc75 are better
but koss's wire material is horrible and will stiffen over like a 6 month period, and then the will eventually cause the wires to shear at the earpiece

don't buy koss headphones unless you live near enough to koss to get them replaced for free, or if you're willing to do some soldering to replace with better cables

The most boring headphones ever made! Truly a spectacle to behold. Nobody under the age of 50 has any business buying those.

>they're not an investment
Jow Forums here, if you don't expect to make profits in the future from buying them then they're not an investment retard

Go play with your coins

no, these are

No the SHP9500S are.

yikes

disgusting

>not open air
into the trash it goes

I favour the Grado SR325 cans I have myself, but they're very much not for everyone, and not the most comfortable as stock. Mine have been modded a fair bit simply because it was expedient to do so and I already had them. If I was buying new, I'd probably go for either the PS2000e or switch to the less bright Sennheiser HD650s, which are consistently good as long as the source can drive them properly.

The ATH M50x is not bad for its price.

No, bald spots are most commonly caused by agitation, stress or trichotillamania. Where they are caused hormonally, they are caused by the action dihydrotestosterone, not estradiol, you have it exactly backwards.

With the exception of pueraria mirifica, no phytoestrogens are known to have any measurable effect on assay levels.

looks better in white

>open ears

oh yeah nothing like letting the entire house know you masturbate to trap porn

>1) your hair will catch on the ribbon.
Somewhat true, but very rare for me and I have medium-length hair, just gotta learn how to put them on so the sliders don't catch on your hair
>2) the quality is shit compared to over-ear headphones
They're still pretty good all things considered, of course they won't match the quality of over-ear, but at least they don't mask out the sound of the environment which allows you to maintain awareness of your surroundings while still listening to your music
>3) they only last a year or two max.
I've had mine for 4 years now and I use them at home as well as on the go, even used them in the rain, only had to change the pads once since the stock ones became flat and started crumbling away

Snapped mine accidentally by pulling them from under my clothes by the wire
Feels bad man
Although they weren't what I was looking for
I needed something with a lot more sound isolation

if someone can hear what you're listening to from across the room with open backed headphones then you are listening too loud and causing yourself hearing degradation
please stop now, you shouldn't trust yourself with headphones anymore, your hearing is valuable in your life, you will need it when you are old too

seconding this, i'm wearing them right now

doesnt look like stax to me

use 'em while I cook, or if I'm moving around a bit while at home. 10/10 for this purpose. Comfier than IEMs/buds, but not as bulky as anything full-size.
Wouldn't want them to be my "main" headphones, for either indoors or outdoors use.

The bass is just stupid but I liked the way it folded. On-the-ear headphones hurt for me after a long duration though so I prefer in-ear for portable and over the ear for desktop use.

Mumbled and too much bass

But that's a Shure headphones.

ooooh. Science bitch. served your ass.

Which ones should I buy, Jow Forums?

Attached: cans.jpg (956x621, 85K)

way too tight for normal use, which they weren't designed for anyway

>grado
ahh yes I do love some ringing at 2khz and 5khz

Takstars, those sony headphones are complete garbage.
They have 1 redeeming quality, and that's durability.

probably the takstar
chinks suddenly became good at audio whereas the v6 are unchanged since forever and not good for listening to music at home which I assume is what you want to do

I'm wearing these right now and they are great. I bring them with me whenever I take my laptop somewhere. I don't like any headphones that go inside the ear. Also some headphones are too tight and they press ears so much it starts hurting after a while, but these don't at least for me.

I like these.

Attached: dt990.png (626x624, 244K)

Mine are from 2012 and they're still working fine to this day.
The only trouble I've had with them were the non-angled plug ones, those died faster than they should have.
Only the foam earpieces have gone bust on me which I've replaced.

Unless bass heavy isn't to your liking go with the Pro82, they're way more comfortable.

They're a bit overpriced for what they offer, you can buy sportapros which have the same drivers for like half the price.
