I meant /ptg/ is above cabal. Srsly, rutracker is above cabal to me. RED is music, BTN is tv shows, PTP is movies, HDB is a small addition to PTP. On rutracker, you could find like 99% of the above content unless you constantly search for something very obscure.
With that reasoning, IPT is better than all of those you mentioned too Can you put it above Karagarga for having more content than it does? Some private trackers, the niche ones, have content that you literally cant get anywhere else even if you want to buy it For most people that content is priceless and more important than the other 99% altogether

Not all of the things I like are obscure. But when they are I want more than a zero chance of finding them. I'm not trying to hear the new Beyonce album. I'm not looking for a russian blu-ray rip of Deadpool. I'm pretty damn sure they don't have my favorite show from 2006 in 720p either.
I also care about quality. I care to know that the person who ripped my CD had a clue what they're doing. Not that ripping a CD is all that hard if you know how to read. Encoding video is a bit harder. Scene rips aren't bad but they aren't made with producing the highest quality encode in mind either. The encodes on HDB are made with great care and extensive notes about the work done, along with screenshot comparisons usually with the source, the encode, and someone else's encode.
To keep it 100% with you you're probably going to get better quality shit using rarbg instead of rutracker. Rutracker should be your backup.

iPT is full of cucks. I downloaded a lot of stuff from cabal trackers and uploaded it there, took the risk to get some internal releases and spread'em there. I made only two mistakes the same day (which was about the presentation+NFO), and they kicked me out.

rutracker is all-in-one, if you want to beat it, you need a conjunction of cabal trackers. And even then you mostly win at VERY obscure content, not JUST obscure. rutracker (usually?) has .log files. Speaking of movies, for max quality you should go for remux. And if you're dead set on internals, sites like HDT has many of them.
All things considered, cabal has its use, but rutracker is about 99% enough for most of the people.

Having a log file isn't enough. Having a system that encourages proper log files and deletes ones without them when ones with them arrive encourages good practices. Rutracker is well known for posting range rips. Those would get you less than zero on what.cd's log checker. I've never seen one of those shit rips on RED.
Encodes are better than remuxes. The encoders put in a lot of work to fix technical flaws. Sometimes they even do hybrid encodes that make use of one or more video sources if one is better than the other for specific scenes. I'll quote some of their info:
