It's probably the antimalware utility. It'll go away after a while.

Yes, Windows is really that bad.

disco sopa delicia

Perhaps indexing.. wait a bit

That's literally the fix though.
But to be honest for whatever reason it takes a lot more disk usage on boot compared to a common Linux DE. It must be setting up all the botnet shit.

"Disco" is spanish too.

la creatura de lo almacenamiento

la aberracion de estado sòlido

Might be windows updates taking all of the disk usage for a while, if you have not run it for a while it'll take a while depending on the size of the updates and all, either that or windows defender running scans if you have not used the system for a long time. I upgraded an old laptop to windows 10 with a 5400rpm drive and it sits with extremely high disk usage for a while if i haven't used it in ages and it has to run through updates, but after that it drops and even during the high disk usage it is still usable for browsing etc.

That's a windows 10 problem, only way to fix it is to reinstall the os
Just use windows 7 like a normal person

Just in case you actually consider this, it won't fix the 99% disc usage. Though you probably have ssd anyways.
