I like konsole.
Graphical interface for setting up the theme.
Is written in Qt, so you can insert it in other Qt applications with ease.
Others have done so and made applications like dolphin, kate, and kile with a built in terminal identical to the one I use normally.
It is great.

i spend 95%+ of my time in xterm on my desktop. i haven't had a chance to setup x on my laptop so it's using fbterm with screen. i prefer fbterm to x but front-end retards can't design a simple web application without a hard requirement on babyscript so i end up in x whether i want to or not.
