Got a 6gb for $339, which isn't bad with how prices have been recently but I'm getting flashbacks to when I got my 770 right before the 900 series was announced.
Hoping that Nvidia uses the gap between them and AMD to stick with the 1000 series for a while, or at least overprice the new series to save some of my pride
btw am using it for 1080p, and maybe VR eventually

Pretty. Im using the 3GB version and cant max out Assassin's creed syndicate due to lack of VRAM. Most other games use~2.5GB when max out.

It's basically a different card, not to mention you can play modern triple A games on max graphics settings due to the doubled vRAM.
