Nope, I think it was one of RJ's earlier pictures. Used to be that a girl named "Bakadee" would color them, but since she left RJ either does it himself or leaves them lineart.

Unrelated, but why does it seem like everyone uses GIMP when both Paint.net and Photoshop have superior cutout ability? One thing I notice a lot with gimp edits is that the edges between images that were made transparent look freakin' awful.

GIMP is old freeware that everyone had access to before paint.net and before there was easy access to cracked shop'. I personally use P.N, but it is easy to see why some use GIMP.

That is quite logical.

Another program I use is Kira in combination with the node colouring system. I makes adding base colors to complex images far easier.
