Looks like Roboto or Noto Sans

It's called Times New Roman, not to be confused with Arial.

I'm using Noto Sans, it's not that at least. Lowercase r doesn't match.

I think Overpass is the default KDE font.

i almost want to say Helvetica but it's obviously different, however the curliness of the lettering is very Helvetica-esque

I took it some months ago and OP found it (on phab)
and that was the font I used
