DTube is at least upfront about it, but it basically is a cryptocurrency generation system of some sort, given that they take 25% of all STEEM rewards given out. I get these things need money, but it is semi-centralized in this regard and not federated. I wonder if this makes it more vulnerable to either DTube themselves or users trying to game the system to get more STEEM.
