This can't actually be a real issue, can it? After all there are lots of privacy focused services that zero knowledge encryption and purposefully keep minimal logs. If someone connects via TOR or a VPN and uploads etc.. that's not illegal. He's got a transparency report on his site it seems and he can take down the offending file and turn over whatever info he does have even if its near nothing, without it being a crime, right?

Otherwise I can't see how other privacy focused sites can operate outside of the black market and still provide decent if not perfect privacy (ie you have to go grey market to get some host actually willing to say FUCK OFF to a legal request, for better or worse)
