Think of all the potential things you could do in your remaining 50 ish years of life.
Unfit, overweight, sick? Fuck that. You have fifty odd years to change that, and I know a guy who went from overweight to crossfit master in five.
Stupid, uneducated, inept? Go to a library, read a book. Knowledge is an interesting thing, in that you need it and also don't, so don't care.
Lonely? No friends? Family hates you?
Fuck that, fuck them, fuck your entire social circle. Get new ones, become the one who cares for others, fixes them up and helps them out, so they never need to feel what you or I have felt.

Don't worry that your life is worthless. Other peoples aren't so much. Live on, if only to help out them, and in doing so, find value to your life.

Now go outside, and go for a walk, for ten minutes. Sit on a park bench or similar analogue and think about what I'm about to say.
By being who you are now, by knowing what you know, you are above them all.
