spe-chan a cute

>>rgb

>no front camera

it's shit no one use that shit except narcissist and people who use social media

>im ugly

>waterproof

>inferior resolution to main camera
>able to see your face whenever phone is out unless you duct tape it
I wish cases were designed with a little flap to block the thing when not in use. How many times have you been on the shitter with your phone out?

Pretty close.

Pretty nice for those of us that actually have family.

Almost there. Make sure it has a headphone jack - does 24bit/384k PCM and DSD and has a beefy output driver

remove rgb, add removable battery, headphone jack, DP, usb C

PCM sample rates over 44.1k are pointless if the DAC is well designed, unless you're a bat.

>something as free as the librem 5 with the switches to disable the risky bits
>hardware keyboard like the gemini pda
>support for operating systems besides Android, stuff like a proper GNU/Linux (if the hardware and software is free, this will come with time)

>notch

s8 but with removable battery/case back and a non curved screen

S8 is too long and the curved screen is useless.

Is this a real phone?

and not one reply about being able to make phone calls, instead just all these suggestions that seem better suited for a pmp.

I don't like phone calls, they give me anxiety and people always mishear each other. It makes more sense to communicate over text. My phone is a pocketable computer.

>phone calls give me anxiety
Spotted the shut in NEET

Wow it's almost like he literally said he would leave out the curved screen.

>small explosive charge to destroy inner workings at a moments notice

>no GUI of any sort, screen is just a terminal

Actual phone designer here guys
>nonremoveable battery
>no headphone jack
>pre-installed essentials that you cannot uninstall like Facebook, snapchat, instagram
>no removable storage
>no physical buttons
>9' screen
>curved screen

I'm not super picky, realisticly:
>no notch
>no round corners
>headphone jack
>micro sd slot
>usb c
>400+ ppi
>replaceable battery, for those on the go swaps
Then something that manufacturers wont bother with cause of the normals
>upgradable cpu
>and ram
>two usb c ports
>physically disablable cameras and microphone

I use these things at work. Someone drops it onto concrete practically daily and we've yet to have one fail. I don't care that it's chunky, that durability, removable battery, and serviceability have me interested. Add a headphone jack and a screen on par with current flagships and you'd have my perfect phone.

>microled display

>100% waterproof
>no removable battery
>no physical buttons
>no headphone jack
>no removable storage
>no SIM slot - eSIM
>no USB port - wireless charging
>no front camera
>no back camera
>no integrated microphone or speaker
>no screen
Just a small self-contained sealed box that connects wirelessly to all interface elements you want. It would typically be left in your pocket and used with earbuds and a super compact screen accessory or VR goggles. Tiny camera and flash accessories could be places anywhere for maximum flexibility. A wirelessly attached storage device could be used to increase storage, or just use the cloud. If more battery capacity is needed, a wireless battery can be used through the wireless charging circuit.

Sure, but I had the issue while still in school as well.

decent idea

Attached: Moto-X.jpg (1999x1328, 693K)

No it isn't. I posted it and it's a shitty idea. Nobody wants to have to keep track of all those items, each with its own battery. The attraction of a smartphone is it's pretty much all of the gadgets you would carry with you, in one.

This phone with flagship killer specs and updated android.

Soon brother

someone queue the entire contents of their "anime girls spewing with a disgusted look on their face" reaction image folder asap

i wish htc actually tried
i swear their phones were the best but what the fuck is this, what the fuck is their new u12, just cos google bought their designers doesnt mean they can just keep copy pasting the same shit for 5 years in a row

*barfs*

Tiny auxiliary screen on the back so normalfags can still take selfies

I would unironically buy something like this

>made by IBM

>non-removable battery 2400mAh
>esoteric charging system
>thin as paper but with a giant screen
>no IR blaster
>no SD card slot
>a limited "Settings" app which lets you configure brightness and screen off delay to three different settings, and nothing else
>no user-available internal memory, pre-installed non-removable list of approved apps
>cloud connectivity required to unlock your phone
>taking your phone out of the pocket recognized as a gesture which opens a facebook livestream

>no bezels
>good

Unironically nexus 5 with sd card port, bigger and removable battery and slide-out keyboard, maybe throw in stereo speakers while at it.

>removeable speaker
>removeable mic
>attachable pigeon, paper and pen

They were awesome.

>floppy drive

I want to fuck that horse

>removable battery
>waterproff

>DP/thunderbolt over USB C
>256GB internal memory and spandable memory
>dual sim
>aditional button that can be mapped

>not jewish

>is zoroastrian

Not just one but THREE headphone jacks. Take that apple.

I actually had the same idea as this once. But you'd need wireless accessories that are connected via WiFi because Bluetooth is shit. You could pair them using NFC.

Eh dunno, removable battery is cool, but then again it's not if you want the phone to have any level of dependable waterproofing.

>Thick, with good cooling
>Good storage size
>No memes like nfc, frontcamera or finger scaner.
>a good fucking file manager.

>almost no bezels
>stereo front speakers
are you an retard

Where do you think you are?

>medieval clicking simulator

>THICC unlinke the typical generic 5.5" aluminum and glass featherweight 8mm gaydildo that slips out of your hands and cracks and dies (in return should hold a decent battery charge)
>physical internal switches for every sensor and wireless adapter
>running real gaanoo/loonick distro with touchscreen interface, that doesn't require google tracking aids for your software to function
>N900-like tactile keyboard, unlike having to slide fingers and stare at the gay touchscreen just to input text (because i want to practice some C while sitting in the comfy spring sun by the lake)
>proper keyboard controls in the os, like if in desperate times you hapeppen to want to use it as an actual netbook type of device, using an external keyboard
>entirely user servicable with full hardware specifications and sheets available

it does NOT have to look butifel and sleek, it has to werk and not break (like old Nokias). and im saying this as a graphic/UI designer. Sir Ive should hang from a lamp post for bastardising what constitutes thoughful, user-oriented industrial design.
