I listened to one of you fags and got a XPS 13

Now its shitting the bed
I've had it for about 1.5 years
>doesn't charge when plugged in
>when I plug in the charger it becomes slower than a tard
>go to the bios and it tells me the battery health is fine

your charger is undervolted

check the wattage: Dell should replace it for free

or just buy a new charger

My recommendation would be the installation of Gentoo.

when the laptop see a lower charge wattage it underclocks everything

Does it not have a warranty?

how do I check the wattage?
I tried using a friends charger as well and had the same issue..
I got the laptop in Canada but I'm in Asia rn for vacation so could it be the voltage difference?
warranty expired a few months ago

should have bought a macbook

Your fault for getting a Dell you dumbshit.

I've had 2
They both took a shit
Never again

dont buy consumer bullshit, it can survive for 10 years or die in a year

laptops suck

>I listened to one of you fags
but that's not a thinkpad you dumb cunt

>warranty expired a few months ago
In 1year? Since when they have only 1 year of warranty?

Even the top models suck balls, we ordered a bunch at work and have had problems with;
>Doesn't turn on, at all
>USB ports don't work at all
>Overheating/throttling the fuck out of the CPU
>Motherboard replacements

>warranty expired
>had it for 1.5 year
Give it back, Jamal.

1 year is the standard in North America.

kek

>I listened to one of you
>got a XPS 13

Nobody here recommends consumerist garbage.
If you actually did listen you would have bought a Latitude or a business laptop from a different brand.

Even the EU's mandatory 2 years is too short.

Electronics should be able to last 10 years easily.

You listened to... who?
Nearly everyone here would recommend a ThinkPad if you ask for a laptop.
Neck yourself.

>not a t420 or x220
