Considering the hardware and GPU you should go with a custom loop. I really hope you are going to proper cool the GPU.
If you don't want it, consider a "Alphacool Eiswolf", its a AIO that can connect to fullcover blocks. Best of both worlds.

I use a Phanteks Evolv TG but I'd definitely recommend something with better cooling potential for an i9 and a Titan V. I only run a lowly 5802k and 1080Ti. Lian-Li has some new offerings that blend modern design and airflow, consider those.
