They don't really need new users since attrition isn't very high. If you're in ADC it's because you really want to be there.
Ratio is probably the hardest anywhere. Bonus point income is slow and the formula isn't even posted anywhere. Min ratio is 0.5, but all Blu-rays are half-leech, and you can silver any torrent with BP (not worth it unless they're huge or you have over a 3.0 ratio and can't buy upload anymore.) So you can get by, but it's hard to start since you're up against some monstrous seedboxes.
Accounts are pruned after 120 days if not parked. 240 days if parked.
