How about no? The United States is a constitutional republic for a reason. We specifically designed our government so that it would have zero power over certain aspects of our lives. Without a warrant, it is illegal - CRIMINAL - for the government to spy on us for any reason. The government MUST accept that it cannot have control over everything just because it has the intention of using it to maybe stop some crimes.
