Lcd literally has to have red, green and blue subpixels on + backlight to produce black color, 5.5" fhd+ is absolutely retarded, given how highres display use tons more power.

I got it specifically to get rid of my e-reader because I had too much shit in my pockets and I didn't like carrying a bag around. I also had a phablet phone I thought was a bit too much for pocket.

Reading books on it is fine. Reading websites on it is fine too because the refresh rate is actually pretty fast. I'm tempted to put a gameboy emulator on it and play a slow game on it like Pokemon.

I like big font for reading, so the current Yotaphones are too small for me. Hopefully one day we get a phone with bezelless 6" e-ink.

That would be nice but I still hate phablet sized things in pocket. The current Yotas are pretty comfy and if we're going to go down that route, I'd prefer something like an 7.8" Kobo Aura ONE for manga and reading books with diagrams.

Bezelles 6" fits nicely into most male pockets.
