I've done the same. 2 months ago I set a schedule to go on a run every Monday,Tuesday and Thursday. I've also taken up martial arts. I've seen immense improvements since, mostly in loss of body fat, but also some lean abs on my stomach. Things are finally starting to turn around

I'm trying to decide between picking up German or Russian.
