ah okay I will answer, guys, watch your spine, especially the neck, if you are sitting for hours in front of your pc chances are that your neck is weak as fuck, sitting isn't healthy, shell out hundreds for a proper seat it won't help you, get up and take a walk once every hour, if it's at work pretend that you are thinking about a problem or whatever, exercise, build up resilience, you don't know how weak your body is until your push it, you are at risk of developing problems with your sight too, take precautions to reduce your stress levels, having a healthy working environment is very important,
I know this falls into the domain of "haha I know all this, I'm not stupid" but I'm surprised at the amount of tech people telling me that they will do all this and one year later they show up with a beerbelly
