Anyway, I have one, but I used it to comment once, which led to downvotes, which made me never log into it again. I've seen the ban reasons for some of those accounts, and it's honestly so emotional and hopeless. You can't have faith in a website that dribbles limp dick passive aggression in ban messages from power-tripping self-righteousness.
I'm sure you could just install Hydrus and figure out how to rip galleries from artists you like. Also, I don't like how e621 hides deleted images from being saved, presumably only to non-admins. On gelbooru if you happen to find a deleted image using iqdb, it's still capable of being viewed and saved. e621 is run by assholes. Comments sections aren't even allowed to include arousal, since that falls under "creepy", which is disallowed, so it's literal reddit upvote-whoring by saying "amazing" and nothing else on a recent popufur upload, and calling people with unpopular opinions insults.

The fact of the matter is that the comments are "ironic", which means they're emotionally-charged, insecure, and tend to hivemind think. Where discourse on a porn site is already assumed to be lowest common denominator, removing lust from it makes it toxic.
I don't even care to use a different word than "toxic" even though you'll inevitably greentext it and call me tumblr for it. You have no defense against this except "feel bad about me strawmanning that you do thing".

If you're a scalefag check out the /trash/ general. It's garbage compared to two years ago but it's still kinda nice. Infinity has a fur board that's got a ton of bullshit, but the chan culture makes it tolerable.
Pretty much you have to cut way back on your actual engagement with other, presumably more cancerous, furfags. It's hard at first but the addiction wears off in a few weeks.

Not sure about the privacy, however it is worth it for the blacklist. The site is going downhill because of all the DNPs and takedown requests from artists who want to nuke all of their old art for some reason, don't want their characters misgendered by the tag-what-you-see rule, don't want their pics reposted outside of their hugbox etc. Some mods are also powertripping fags, most notably a certain female. Shame that there isn't a Tor scraper/alternative like the FA one.
