Most movies come out on amazon and apple video ~2 weeks before the bluray releases.

Further, most movie trackers have the bluray remuxes out by that point anyway.

For example, black panther UHD/4k released on May 15th.
It was available as a remux on my movie tracker on May 11th.

The 1080p bluray was available May 1st. It was only available for streaming on amazon and apple starting May 8th

So bluray remuxes were out BEFORE it was available to stream, and the 4k remux was out 3 days later.
