There's plenty of public places to get free books (the fucking library) and ebooks.

Bib has the worst cheat detection systems, so it is quite easy to get to PU and then jump on to higher trackers

Only autists like us would spend their time on the private tracker rpg to HDB. It's a niche community. The chances of meeting someone that has an account is slim. I'm the only one in my friend group that actually pirates because they aren't cheap autists like me.

A person who meets the seeding size & time requirements to be eligible to receive invites is, in the majority of cases, only going to invite someone they are sure will also seed. The tracker benefits by gaining a long term seeder without having any staff time taken up with recruitment or vetting.
It also increases morale of current users if they can invite their friends, which in turn promotes long term seeding.

HDB and BTN internals are autoupped, scene it depends on the content but if the initial release was upped the repack probably will be. Other p2p internals depend on someone bothering to up it.

That's another pro for usenet, when in doubt delete what you don't want and not worry about need (to seed).

Use sonarr and enable the get propers option and it will automatically download the repack or proper from usenet and torrents.

I don't use Plex so can't answer that.
Sonarr will delete the library copy of the trumped file, and also the hardlink/copy that is in your torrent client if you enable that option. With kodi you can trigger library updates or clean the library every time a file is added, I guess there will be something similar for Plex.
Local or remote makes no difference as long as the servers can communicate.
