It improved my battery ...

By reducing performance?

Seriously? My HTC 10 turned to shit after the update.

>Android 4 improves battery life
>Android 6 improves battery life
>Android 7 improves battery life
>Android 8 improves battery life
>Android 9 improves battery life
>Android 10 improves battery life
Still only 9h SOT

>the current year minus 2
>buying HTC
I too bought an A9 and it went to shit after nougat

>takes away the kittens easter egg

Jokes on you, my galaxy S4 still doesn't have it

What do you mean?

what's that semen demon? 4x?

>Update to Oreo on LG G6
>Starts lagging
>Reduced battery life

Going to buy the Librem5 when it's released so I never have to use Android again.

Dunno about Oreo, but P does indeed improve the battery.

I now consistently get 6 hours SoT on my Google Pixel that I bought the day it came out in Europe.

How?

If this is a Note 4 please tell me how to get the same time on battery on my Note 4. LineageOS fucked with my battery life

>he bought LG
I BOUGHT A HAMBURGER FROM JOSÉ'S HAND PAINTED BURGER STAND IN THE PROJECTS AND GOT SICK, I'M NEVER EATING A BURGER AGAIN

What? How did it fuck with your battery life? Mine has definetely improved. Although I'm not using my phone excessively.

Yep
Disable certain apps from autostarting in the background, also use a aosp rom

microg, autist nogapps or botnet?
I got pretty nice battery life on nougat crdroid but that aosp looks tempting. Is it stable?

Botnet gapps is present, I can't escape it, but as I've said I stop it from autostarting and running by itself in the background.
Never tried crDroid, I use AospExtended, love the options on it.
About stability, the version I use is stable, its not the most recent but its working flawlessly.

>the version I use is stable
gib links

I used to get much more standby time, idk what's wrong

Mine stayed pretty much the same. Pocket casts on the other hand is a massive battery hog and the app really isn't that great. I should've stuck with beyondpod.

Xperia xc. Went to absolute shit after 8. Bugs on bugs, lockups and crashes, it's fucking retarded. Battery is very much worse, wireless radio seems much weaker, nothing but issues. Multiple clean system wipes as well.

I’ve never not had terrible battery life on any Android phone without having a part time job managing the battery
I can leave my 6s at 10% overnight and it’s still on in the morning.

Qualcomm is a horrible company that’s made dogshit products for years now. I avoid Android like the plague because of them. I’d rather use Rockchip than them.

What kind of battery life you had on android N ?

Such a shit logo

should i stay with N? honestly i would flash lineage if sprint was officially supported

Since last "full charge" retard

It has to be planned obsolescence

Google purposefully fucks your battery life so you have to get a new phone.

I'm using Lineage and Oreo still affects my battery (OP3).
