I honestly dont get how people manage to do this. I've used my the same macbook pro every day since 2011, and other then removing the dvd drive, replacing hdd with ssd, and upgrading to 8gb of ram it still runs more or less fine. My biggest issue really for video editing/indesign which is my main usage is the low screen resolution.
Christopher Gomez
What the fuck have you done to that thing?
That's never happened to either of mine, and I used my last MacBook heavily for about 8 years. Current one for 2.5 years so far. Hasn't happened to either of them.
No I'm an employed individual and all of my company uses macs because it makes sense given our Linux server stack. One day you'll grow up and get a job too.
Don't know what the fuck you've done to that, never happened to mine.
Julian Flores
>My biggest issue >the low screen resolution. I would've expected you to complain about the 3rd degree burns.
>I honestly dont get how people manage to do this. My sweat, it is far worse now. No, I dont wear a watch either. That pic is from almost a year ago, and is a mid-2014 rMBP.
Gavin Carter
>Could not give a flying fuck because it'll have some shitty ULV dual core with performance from 2007. shows how much you know about 8th gen intel cpus.
Sebastian Nelson
some people like the status, others need the extra performance

>inferiority syndrome macfags >made in china but not made in china >conceived in commiefornia >"assembled" in china >100% of components made in china, taiwan, mexico, thailand, e.t.c. >but designed in commiefornia
>My biggest issue really for video editing/indesign which is my main usage is the low screen resolution. Mine's a newer model so maybe you can't do this on yours, but I set my screen to an effective resolution of 1440x900 (it's a retina display though so the actual resolution is 2880x1800)
>>he actually thinks that because it's assembled in china from raw materials from Africa and Australia by Chinese people that suddenly makes apple a global company Just tweaked it for you a bit m8. >he actually thinks that because HQ is located in Cupertino that ANY taxes or profits got the "American people".
Do you even understand about corporations and shareholders?
They're an American company. Sorry I'm having to tell you this.
Kayden Bailey
I'm liking the lack of bezel.
Grayson White
Steve Jobs shat in the street, and Tim Cuck likes dick up his ass. Sorry I'm having to tell you these are your idols.

It's a gorgeous machine but there are many other options. Zenbooks, x1 carbon, surface book 2, etc. I'm personally considering the XPS 15 with the kaby lake g chip. I want to see wider adoption of this chip but it seems that nvidia is doing everything in their power to stop that from happening.
Aiden Reed
Sorry, but after using a lot of HUAWEI products on a professional level, I will not ever recommend, endorse, or by my decision use any of their products.
James Rogers
Why not?

Not 15 inches No buy

It looks decent but how powerful even is an MX150?

It's kewl m8, if you want to blindly defend your "choice' in brand name consumer electronics - go for it. Far be it from me to try to change your mind.
>prone to fault >inconsistency in behavior >trash UIs >customer service just doesn't care about you >literally lying about what their products can do >the old chinese "you get what you pay for heh"
Major problems with their switches were the last drop for me. Basically, they say their switches supports multicast-multicast data transmission but for some reason they don't and they don't anything about that, always doing the eternal "next firmware will solve that".
My old company had a network for a full camera surveilance system just breaks on itself because of that.
Ryan Taylor
Are you a boomer faggot with degraded retina who can't read the tiny letters?
I've owned a Nexus 6p for three years now and had no issues, which is what gives me some confidence in the brand.
Joseph Turner
It has a fan, so I don't want it. I'll stick with my cute MateBook X.

Hideable webcam is pretty neat
Juan Butler
It's a GeForce 1030

That is a very nice looking laptop. I wish there were more laptops with thin bezels out there.
Christian Sullivan
This.

It's $1080 w/ a $300 giftcard. I'm really tempted to buy it but I already have a MacBook. Damn, if only someone wanted to buy my cum-encrusted Apple laptop.

>valid reason not found Give me one valid reason why I would even consider this?
Hunter Taylor
Looks pretty good with the 4:3 aspect ratio. Hopefully this becomes a norm with laptops.

>"After our one-hour stress test with Prime95 and FurMark (Windows), the CPU runs at only1.2 GHz, while the graphics card is also limited to just 400 MHz. Even though devices fromAsus,Acer& Co. also throttle, none of the direct rivals loses that much performance. The performance of the MacBook was much better under OS X, but the tools (Cinebench and Unigine Heaven) are not that demanding for the hardware."
>"We had our doubts on the performance of the Surface Pro 4 Core i7 configuration considering the throttling issues found on the Surface Pro 3. Luckily, we can observe no major performance issues when under high loads. The tablet is able to maintain its maximum Turbo Boost of 3.2 GHz for both cores when under Prime95 stress and Unigine Heaven stress."
>but the tools (Cinebench and Unigine Heaven) are not that demanding for the hardware. The Apple MacBook Pro with Retina Display knows it is not being challenged, therefore it doesn't find the need to increase the clock speed.
