I still have the Redmi Note 3 SE that supports all LTE bands in my cuntree.

Not him but in my third world sudaca shithole we use LTE band 4 like the amerimutt bros and chinkphones supporting that aren't very common so the Note 3 Pro was a godsend.

Most Xiaomi models don't offer Band 28 LTE (700mhz), but the Note 3 SE does. They work, but the coverage won't be as good as it could be.

You also have Band 28 in Chile. Your phone is using only Band 7, probably.
So same as here, the phone will work fine but can only take advantage of the high frequency bands, so less coverage.
