Maybe if you live in Poland or Russia. It´s almost the 2020s, most 90s cars have completely disappeared from the roads. It´s a pain just trying to find a ´00 or later Celica that isn´t rusted or beat as fuck. Everywhere you look here it´s cars from 2010, maybe with the odd ´05 car in between. They´re all Peugeots, Hyundais and Fords.

Sorry, I use a US international kb layout. In GNU/Linux I just press RAlt+Ä (oh yeah, the buttons have German labels) and I get ' but at work I am forced to use Windows, which gives me ´. I'd have to press Ä for a regular apostrophe every time, which is a hassle.

Do thieves actually know what a desktop is? I think you're only at risk if you own a laptop. Like, a TV they understand, maybe they'll grab your monitor, but bear in mind these are A. Poor people, B. Black people, C. Criminals. Meeting any one of these criteria make them essentially wild animals, and animals tend to just steal shit like food, because they know what that is.

Kensington lock on a desktop PC is literally stupidity.
They're ridiculously easy to break - what makes them effective on laptops though is ripping it out causes permanent damage to the laptop, dissuading theft.

Haveing a kensington lock on a desktop case wouldn't the computer, therefore there is no dissuasion for theft outside needing a slightly longer time to grab and go.
