nah, unless it is colored people music or taytay no one would care and even then you wouldn't get enough buffer for it to matter. Red isn't as bad as people say for getting buffer. It's safe to assume you aren't getting an invite if you haven't heard back after three (3) months. Maybe you've been marked, or down as a shitter, or acting like an infant on the forums or maybe he just didn't like your avatar. Chunky was notorious for not giving out invites for the most inconsequential reasons, the best thing to do is try elsewhere (I don't think he is handling recruitment at HDB now, try the new recruiter there, maybe?)

Autosnatching will get you >1 ratio within 36 hours, even on a shitty ADSL line. PTP & HDB are trackers on easy mode.

You start with 2GB of upload which is enough for a thousand novels. Upload ten art/cook books and you've doubled it with no effort.

RED is slightly hard. You can't just indiscriminately grab everything like the others mentioned. You have to put some thought in and plan what to grab for the first couple of weeks. After that it's EZPZ, you coast along on the buffer you built in the first month.

Pedro's and AHD are the hardest IMO. AHD isn't even that hard, it just has low user/snatch count so less opportunity to build buffer and BP rate is low.
The original TVTorrents was hard, but that may have been due to the 512/128kbps ADSL I had at the time.
