I was a hardcore Android guy up until this last few years. I really disgusted by the battery and performance hits my 5X took when Android O came out. I understand the phone is not a high end model but the decrease in performance compared with feature gains (not many that I could see) changed my perception of the OS.
Hoping the Moto X4 will be better, but I don't have much hope for it running Android P very well if the UI lag continues to get worse instead of better.
