Be me

>be me
> don't know a shit about programming
>starting for first time with web development
>dreaming with code
>thinking about code
holy shit is this even normal?

>normal?
I've never dreamt about or thought about code. Not even when I'm writing it.

You say you are dreaming code, but you probably aren't.

Columns of one and zeros scrolling up and down isn't code you Matrix watching faggot.

This literally makes no fucking sense

I had a nightmare once that I was writing C++

christ almighty

HTML is not even counted as a programming language

what the fuck are you talking about? but yeah no shit

I learned backtracking in a fever dream

I once dreamt about JavaScript, I haven't slept ever since.

>start learning programing
>dedicate next two weeks reading textbooks and support forums
>lose steam and never code again until next time i have passion

why

>I once dreamt about JavaScript, I haven't slept ever since.

I legit had a nightmare that my spread operator kept throwing an error. I woke up like 2 hours early. fukin es6

Is this the hacker known as Jow Forums?

nice discipline bro

I do every couple of months
I guess self learning isn't my thing

Attached: 473.jpg (768x1024, 114K)

>unironically spend days programming to improve my porn browsing experience
this can't be healthy

JavaScript is utter shit, all the libraries try to fix it, but in it's core it's still shit. It's like they stopped caring about making it actually good and let others try to fix it.

based autism poster

What did you mean by this

How?

I want to wake up too, I WANT TO WAKE UP

You're a programming god now user! I've read about this on YouTube, you show trademark signs of being a computer genius! Go and apply for all coding jobs you can find, even if you don't know the language they're asking for, they'll hire you because of your potential. Go get 'em user!

yes
all programmers once went through the Nef phase
just like when you first discovered green texting and would think in it or wanted to greentext in real life
don't worry you will grow out of it

>web development

Just honeymoon phase , wait while routine will kick in, you will cry like a little bitch

Wasn't JS made in a weekend for a laugh, but then everyone took it seriously and here we are?

Kind of

Holyshit

You think that's bad. There's a joke among econ grad students where you start to think like an economist and forget to think like a human.

I almost got in an accident because I was so focused on the model in my head for optimal commute time that I didnt stop at a red light.

I've dreamed a lot about coding. Really like, the coding. Like, typing it and planning and stuff like that. I'ts crazy cause sometimes I think I really made what I dreamt

>start learning programming
>think of a complicated problem
>don't know how to solve it
>feel like a brainlet and stop programming

Just look it up or ask.

Yes, actually. Sleeping is when the brain commits to memory the events that have happened throughout the day and if you spent a lot of time programming, it will play back those events in order to better understand them. You've been engaged in tasks that release and withhold dopamine and your brain is trying to better figure out how to keep the dope flowing. The same thing happens with literally any other skill.

That's the wrong way to do it. Yeah, you can work with n-dimensional arrays of Einstein's Field Equations in base-69 but you should be asking yourself *why* am you are doing it.

i had an exam yesterday where i had to write javascript and all i could think of when fucking my gf the evening was javascript

I think op is memeing about that dumb YouTube video of Child Genius Programmer Who Dreams in Code

Someone search it up I'm too lazy

>be me
well that's sort of fucking implied without literally typing it out, isn't it

The worst is when you dream up some nonsense and get excited, only to wake up and find out it was all gibberish. I was dreaming of hexadecimal patterns and trying to figure out what they meant, and I got the idea my dog was the solution to it all. Woke up, realized it was a dream, went back to bed.

A real programmer don't think, he knows.

Probably harvesting scripts or some shit like that.

This is the only reason to learn programming

Yes, but it's annoying when running a fever and having recursive fever dreams.
