Hey guys bought a 9 month used OP5 today for 281$, it's in very good condition and works fine.
Is that a good buy? I'd use this for 2 years.

Lemme guess... Brave - browser that respects your privacy

Ewww that looks like a 5 year old HTC phone

Why is Jow Forums so edgy? if you don't want to shitpost please go back to Jow Forums or /b/

Yeah, it's a great phone.

>slight critique of Braveā„¢
>shitpost

Are you so poor you would choose to use a phone someone else pooped with? Someone else masturbated with? Are you okay with used goods?

Jow Forums fuckin sucks.
Y'all bunch of wannabe fags with nothing to do better than typing stupid shit on internet.
Fuck you all.
I'm leaving.

And I bought this from a girl so STFU

Your anger betrays you.
Getting this mad indicates those posters were right on the mark.

While you're playing asphalt, How many more fps you get than on 150$ brand new xiaomi?
How much better selfies you shoot?
How much better your life is now?

>I'd use this for 2 years.
I'm still using my One plus 2 OP, gonna flash Lineage OS soon and keep using it until it fails.

Pls don't go I love you ._.

>Is that a good buy?
>no micro SD card slot
>discontinued
>only slightly above average battery capacity
>$281
Not the best choice.

Okay on popular request of this senpai.

This is why I bought this, OP phones don't cause much issue of hardware overall and but less service centre vists so I thought of giving it a shot as a long term investment.

>While you're playing asphalt, How many more fps you get than on 150$ brand new xiaomi?
I don't play videogames on a cellphone, my Xiaomi had to go service centre for 3 times in 2 years so noped the fuck from Xiaomi.

>How much better selfies you shoot?
Much better than before plus depth shot so it's a good change.

>How much better your life is now?
One word: Dash charge and regular updates.
Plus, is as good as new and I'm assured of it's quality because it's bought from a reliable thot so all's well.

Here's what I want
>Fast charge
>Battery life
>64 GB memory
>Good pics
>Reliable

It ticks all points.

>Fast charge
>Battery life
>64 GB memory
>Good pics
>Reliable
Vague and not exclusive to OnePlus 5.

it's chrome you dip

Tell me a better alternative for price and I quit Jow Forums now.

This.

No. Battery degrades over time. At 9 months it now holds 75-80% of a factory new one.

>OP5 today for 281$
Lol, you got scammed.

You won't find a new sd835 phone for any comparable price, so it's fine(if the condition is good).
OP5 also has a headphone jack, 6GB of RAM, and its fast charging solution is currently the best one.
It's wrong(I have one right now that I bought in July), but even your numbers are better than most phones. And even that is 9h SOT vs 8h SOT - still absolutely adequate. My xperia sp's battery degraded so much in such a timescale(cold winters do wonders to the battery condition) that it started to shut down randomly.

it is overwhelmingly summer

>I don't know what Brave is
>Why is Jow Forums so edgy?
I hate summerfags, go back to (((plebbit))) if you don't want """ edgy""" behaviour.

>Tell me a better alternative for price and I quit Jow Forums now.
Redmi Note 5 Plus/Pro, Lenovo P2, Galaxy J7/J7 Pro.

>I bought a phone, I'm gonna, defend my stupid decision and and all'ya niggas better start patting me on the shoulder or I'm gonna cry.

>Lol, you got scammed.
Huh explain!

Thanks dude I agree with you.
>Redmi Note 5 Plus/Pro, Lenovo P2, Galaxy J7/J7 Pro

Crap and crap plus crap camera plus and muh SD835. Also, I hate rounded corner bezeless faggotry.
Please prove me I'm stupid.

>Crap and crap plus crap camera plus and muh SD835
Are you alright? What even is this? Only the Lenovo P2 has an average camera of all models mentioned.

youtu.be/XrcPHNRoO7w
I am not seeing these drastic differences which are "crap crap crap crap crap" to you. Also, these devices have far superior battery life while still retaining a micro SD card slot.

>Huh explain!
Too much money. About 50$ more than it's worth.

>Redmi
My last device, it was a good phone stayed with me for 2 years and still good but I had to visit the service centre for a speaker issue, charging issue and recently the power button issue. So, I've lost faith in Xiaomi also wanted a change from whole Xiaomi ecosystem.
>Lenovo
Poor updates, almost never. So no!
>Samsung
Again no updates if you want to use it for more than two years plus Samsung gets laggy over time and only flagships are worth the investment.

Where do you live? It's impossible to get it at that price here, I've negotiated with atleast 20 different people before getting this at this price.

>Xiaomi
Since you didn't mention which model you've used, you didn't have to continue using MIUI as Xiaomi is known for having some of the most developer friendly devices.
>Lenovo
There have been problems with the bootloader unlock server for the Lenovo P2 which have been resolved and again, a very developer friendly device which doesn't force you to remain on MIUI.
>Samsung
Yet again, J7/J7 Pro have unlockable bootloaders and good custom ROM support, meaning far more Android version/security updates than any OEM ever intended. It's perhaps ironic you're writing this on a phone (and a manufacturer) which has a selling point of being developer friendly.

>Where do you live? It's impossible to get it at that price here, I've negotiated with atleast 20 different people before getting this at this price.
Ukraine. It's less than the equivalent of 200 EUR.

>Please prove me I'm stupid.
Here you go:
>wanted a change from whole Xiaomi ecosystem.
You used miui.

I'm a simple person who wants to experience things, maybe you're right I wasn't a good deal but I'm happy that I bought this and I can use this for atleast 2 years.

give it back Jorge

Adding the best part.
The dash charge is fuckin new as new.
