Look at your CPU usage in task manager, sort by highest usage. If it's a very fresh install may be the initial updates/installs that windows does after its first boot so you'll see things like trustedwindowsinstaller or servicehost:delivery optimisation (windows update). Once it's done all that the CPU/disk usage should drop right down.
Go to /sqt/. It is not normal, you fucked up. Probably installed an activator server.
